Caught in the hustle and bustle of busy everyday life, people are often oblivious to their surroundings. The latest installation art piece, Hand From Above, by Chris O’Shea cleverly encourages people to break from their normal routine and take notice of the outside world. Shea questions, “What if humans weren’t on top of the food chain?” Passers by are caught off guard as a giant hand displayed on the BBC Big Screen attempts to tickle, flick, lift or entirely remove them from real-time.
